RENTRI modifies the way waste-related documents are managed.

Entaksi Solutions SpA is ready for the preservation of the waste loading and unloading chronological Register in compliance with law.

The management of all waste-related documents is changing with the introduction of RENTRI, the National Electronic Register for Waste Traceability, which requires all parties involved in the various processes to record all operations digitally.
The waste loading and unloading chronological Register must be managed and preserved exclusively in digital format, in accordance with current regulations for electronic documents, as defined in the following link::https://www.normattiva.it/uri-res/N2Ls?urn:nir:ambiente.energetica.ministero.sicurezza:decreto:2023-04-04;59[DM 4 April 2023, n. 59]

Entaksi Solutions SpA, in compliance with current regulations, integrates its eCON service by including among the types of documents preserved in compliance with law, the Waste Loading and Unloading Register, XFIR (Waste Identification Forms in digital format), and the waste handling transmitted to the "RENTRI" platform.

By submitting the Submission Information Package (SIP) that contain the Register along with the relevant metadata, the system will issue the digitally signed Confirmation of receipt and proceed with the preservation process, which includes:

  • the creation of the Archival Information Package (AIP);

  • the generation of the index according to the UNI 11386:2020 SiNCRO standard;

  • the application of the digital signature and timestamp;

  • the preservation of the Archival Information Package on an infrastructure with high reliability and long-term data retention characteristics;

  • the extension of the validity of the signature until the end of the document retention period, i.e., for a period of 3 years (as prescribed by D. Lgs. 152/2006, Codice dell’ambiente, art. 193 comma 2.) with the option to extend the retention period upon request.
