According to art. 26 of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 eIDAS an advanced electronic signature shall meet the following requirements:
it is uniquely linked to the signatory;
it is capable of identifying the signatory;
it is created using electronic signature creation data that the signatory can, with a high level of confidence, use under his sole control; and
it is linked to the data signed therewith in such a way that any subsequent change in the data is detectable.
The solution proposed by Entaksi is based on the preventive acquisition of the signer’s data and on an OTP token system to be used on channels of exclusive use of the signer. The AES created by Entaksi has the same probative value as the handwritten signature.
