Entaksi presents a new graphic style for the console of electronic invoice storage services (eCON FE) and electronic orders (eNSO).

In this new interface, the features dedicated to eCON FE and eNSO services have been separated from those of eCON, with a reorganization of menu items that groups the functions of eCON FE and eNSO under their respective categories.

The functionality of the services remains unchanged, but the new graphic style has improved data exposure and usability of dedicated functions.

Particular attention was paid to the reorganisation of the invoice and order detail page.
As in the previous Console the main data of the invoice or order are displayed at the top of the detail page but with an improved view compared to the previous one.
In the central part of the detail page are shown, unlike the previous Console, all the information related to the document, from the view in . pdf, history and notifications.
You will no longer need to exit the page by clicking a side menu to view this information: they are available on the same page, simply click in the desired section (file view, notifications or history).

For the eCON FE service, the double entry for manual loading of sent and received invoices has been deleted: both options can now be executed from the same page in the same way.

With the release of the new interface were also revised and updated user manuals for the services concerned:

The previous Console will be discontinued on 31/12/2024 and will no longer be accessible.
