Version 1.7.1: updated the technical specifications of the electronic invoice

The new rules come into force on 1st October 2022
On 1st August 2022, the Revenue Agency issued a
statement
with which it announced the publication of the new version 1.7.1 of the technical specifications for electronic invoicing
which will enter into force on 1st October 2022.
The changes that have been made are as follows:

New code for "TipoDocumento" TD28 - Purchases from San Marino with VAT (paper invoice) -.
The Italian tax payer will have to enter the new document type TD28 into the ordinary invoice in order to communicate transactions from San Marino for which paper invoices have been received. -
Modification of the description of the nature of VAT N7. The description of this code has been changed to:
VAT paid in another EU state (provision of telecommunications services, television and electronic broadcasting pursuant to art. 7-octies lett. a, b, art. 74-sexies Presidential Decree 633/72). -
Introduced the new decoding F24 for the "Data type" field in the "Other management data" block in order to report on the invoice the information about the regularization of the debit tax with payment using the F24 payment form and the reference to the correct tax period of the operation in the case of extraction operations for goods from VAT deposits.
The eIFE Invoice Editor updated to version 1.7.1 will be available starting October 1st.
