New rules for the formation of the password to access the services

In order to increase the level of security for accessing its services, starting from 22 June 2022, Entaksi has decided to increase the minimum characters for password composition from the current 8 to 12.

To create a correct password that is accepted by the services, therefore, as of that date, it must have:

  • a minimum length of 12 characters;

  • at least one capital letter;

  • at least one lowercase letter;

  • at least one numeric value.

The periodic updating of the passwords for access to the services remains in effect.
The password will last 90 days, after which the system will automatically ask you to update it.
The previous five passwords cannot be used to update.
In the event that our services are used through a third-party management product, the new password must also be included in that environment.
