New automation of Entaksi’s services to make document preservation quicker and more agile.

It will no longer be necessary to delegate the Preservation Service Manager to digitally sign the analogue documents to make them digital and send them for preservation.

From today it is possible to act independently by enabling a member of your staff to digitally sign.

In fact, thanks to the integration of the eAMB and eLUL services with the eSIGN service, the your staff will be able to digitally sign the analogue documents in perfect autonomy, making them digitized and sending them into preservation.

Just get a reader and a smart card for digital signature, activate the new Entaksi services integration and… that’s it!
