In the increasingly widespread context of the dematerialisation of document processes, Entaksi proposes ePRI, its new service to register and to manage the IT protocol, mandatory required at public administrations.
The IT protocol introduces various specific benefits for the PA:

Thanks to this service, after profiling users, (with the possibility of segmentation and segregation of functions based on the type of user) it will be possible to assign the protocol number to incoming, outgoing and internal documents allowing the generation, management and preservation of the daily dematerialized and digitally signed protocol register.
The management of Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) is integrated into the service with IT protocolling of received and sent messages.
The complete integration with the document management system allows a fast and punctual search of documents, facilitating the working routine.

All the activities carried out within the service will be stored in the management log.
