While the use of natively digital or digitized documents is now common practice, the signature, which represents its proof of validity, still remains a particularly uncertain and often incomprehensible moment.
In reality, the affixing of the electronic signature is a key step to confer legitimacy to the document, and it is not replaceable by improvised fixes such as analog signature scans.
