New clarifications emerged from the satisfaction questionnaire.

Based on the results of the satisfaction questionnaire for the year 2020 sent to our customers some doubts on the use of the Console and the invoice editor have emerged for which we share below the respective clarifications.

Loading problems
There were some loading problems for the pages and they have been fixed. Console usability in upload and download documents has been improved .

Problems with payment section
Within the invoice editor in the "Payment" section, a problem has been detected for which the copy of the invoice does not show the data correctly. This issue will be fixed in the next version of the editor.

Recurring data for invoices
Although the application does not currently provide for the management of master data, excluding that of the transferor/provider (in the editor at the top right, selecting the "Company settings" item), using the blue button "Duplicate invoice" present on each row of the list of saved invoices on invoice editor it is possible to duplicate an invoice already present in the system. The duplicated invoice can then be used as a "basic" to create a new one, modifying only the fields concerned.

Passwords expire
The session duration (15 minutes) is a necessary security measure for the preservation system. It is therefore not possible to change the deadline before a new password is requested, for the security of your data.
